How To Optimize ASUS X99-E settings In UEFI After Going Default

So I recently had to go to default on my ASUS X99-E motherboard settings before reinstalling Windows. Is there a way to look back at previous settings so I can use those? Can anyone instruct me on the settings I need to look at for optimal performance here? I didn't set it myself, custom build, I7-6850K 6 core, 3.60ghz at one point, DDR4, GTX 1080. I had it at 1.90 VCPU and it's at 1.79 VCPU after the reset right now. Believe the ratio limit was 45. I think it was on adaptive, possibly synced cores? The boot up is different as well, I also think it's back to legacy mode. I need just a bit of help here, the book only shows the basics and all the commands, not how to fine tune. Help of any kind would be great.

If you didn't write down the setting somewhere, or save the BIOS setting, you will never see it again.

So recommend to look the similar setting online, and read the MB manual to try it out. Here I added the links, which may or may not help.

And if you don't want to oc, and just use the optimal setting in the BIOS.
Keep in mind the, your vcpu is too high. You should reset it, like the screenshot: 1.3V the cpu will run at 4.4ghz

What? Too high? It's running now at 1.79vcpu on supposed optimized normal settings, though things seem off and slow. I've seen people run this stuff at 1.90vcpu and what not, I just don't know what setting goes where. My temperatures were never too high and I never encountered problems with reboots and the like.

Is Vcpu different from V? I'm sure the chips themselves weren't all at that. Like I said I wasn't having high temps or anything

Unfortunately reading the manual leaves a lotta unanswered questions as to what should be enabled or not. But I'm sure someone will be able to help eventually, no worries!
