how to overclock 3.06GHZ processor.Please give me instructions because many games run slow on my PC.

Could you please list your computer specifications? It would probably be better to buy a new graphics card instead.

The only 3.06GHz processor that I know of that is Intel made is the Socket 478 P4-HT (the very first one with HT).

Even with a high overclock, you really wouldn't get far as your system is pretty old (DDR-RAM, AGP and Socket 478).
