I have a Gigabyte GTX 970, and I don't wanna do something bad to my card so I have to ask this, I'm using EVGA PrecisionX, I could use MSI Afterburner too if needed be.

What would be the best setting to overclock on GPU and Memory Clocks?

To be quite honest, MSI After burner is a lot easier to mess with. In my opinion at least. Anyway, you can start an increment of 50 on both the core and the memory. That's how I achieved my max OC on my GTX 980. 200 on the core and 600 on the memory lol. Make sure that you bump up the power limit to maximum.
