You don't need to learn it as most websites have buttons to insert whatever you want, it is just easier doing it in the quick reply sections of forums if they have one.

I'm a bit of dummy with technology, I'm trying to post a forum for you guys to answer, but can't figure out how to actually write the post and post it on this page. Is it because I'm trying using a mobile, do I have to use a desktop?

on top right of most forums there should be a button that says Post thread... its there even on mobile
