Question How to properly set up 3 in 1 case fans

i recently bought a pack of 3 deepcool rf120m's it comes with a controller but i have no clue how to set it up there's just way too many cables for me, which cable goes where, i set it up but one of the 3 coolers don't spin but it changes color, please help me, i have a b450 tomahawk motherboard.

fan should have 2 connectors/cables
one is used for spinning (bulky connector)

other one is used for RGB (slim connector)

The fan hub connects to any 4 pin fan header on the motherboard and the fans themselves connect to the fan hub. The RGB cables (as above) are separate and they all connect to each other then the 4 pin RGB connector on the motherboard..

one of the case fans don't spin but it lights up could it mean it's dead
