How to re-install Windows 7

Hello everybody, over the past couple years I've had this computer, it's gathered a lot of useless files and applications that I want to get rid of all at once. Can anybody tell me how I can re-install Windows 7 if I have my product key, but not the Windows 7 CD?

This method says it requires the Windows 7 CD, which I don't have :/.

Ah my appologies .. didnt check it properly. however if you can find a W7 Iso file that guide works!
