How to read CPU Z

I have a Gateway FX6800-01e and I found myself an unlocked bios for my Motherboard. My MOBO sets my RAM to 1066 or 1033MHz and I have a new option to force my RAM to 1333 but I do not know if it actually did it.

Nope you didn't! remember the ram is ddr(dual data rate) so 533x2 = 1066
Your ram may or may not be capable of 1333mhz and even if it is the difference is hardly worth the effort imo.
