Question How to reaolve VGA error light

Hi all, so I build my first PC and I'm having an issue with it. The VGA light is on white and doesn't come off, I did try turning it off and on multiple times but it didn't help with anything (some user on a forum said that it fixed it for them). I also rebuild the PC to check if I've connected something incorrectly but had no luck either. Lastley, I tried to rest the CMOS but that failed too, on a YT video the RGB lights turned yellow which supposedly meant that the CMOS has been reset but mine stayed the same (changing colours).

I don't have a dedicated GPU but have an integrated graphics with my CPU. When I plug the PC to the monitor nothing is showing too.
