[SOLVED] how to recover partition deleted?

hi! i have done mistake and really need of help. i have deleted a partition and created it into new disk d/ but i haven't copied anything in that. and i now want my old partition files back.
Is it possible? really in need of help. please help me, any suggestions will be really appreciated!Thank you !
