How to reinstall Skyrim properly

I just wanted to ask if this way of doing it is OK. First I deleted local game content from Steam, then I deleted the skyrim folder from the Steam folder and my documents.. I also uninstalled NMM from add remove programs and all the mods from there beforehand and finally ran ccleaner. Is that a safe way of doing it?

Looks good to me very close to the way i do it just make sure that all the NMM files are removed I have done it before where I forgot to remove all the old mods and it screwed up my game. I dont know if it will remove the folder that stores all the compressed files you downloaded if you just use uninstall. If it didnt there will still be a folder under NMM
