How to remove "shared memory"

Hi, i want to know how i remove "Shared memory" from my graphics card, it got 4gb of onboard dedicated gddr5 memory and windows steals half of my 16gb of ram and gives it to the graphics card as "shared memory" how do i fix this ? I got a Msi 970A-g43 am3+ motherboard and Msi gtx 960 4gb graphics card. plx halp.

Windows always does this. It will not use it unless it for some crazy reason needs to.

My other cards show over 3000mb(3821 for a 4350 :) and 3823 for a 5870) shared, never makes a difference.

Also please use the task manager to check memory.

What OS{fixed} do you have as well?

I got Windows 10 Home, I need the system memory for my system, 8gb is not enough for both my games and servers i need all the 16gb of it.
