Hello. i have recently been awarded a laptop from my government due to reasons not necessary. The problem is that every time i start the laptop, it shows a picture of our prime minister's face at the beginning. This is similar to how intel's logo appears at the beginning of a start.
Im suspecting they have put that message in the system's bios because it appears before the windows even starts and i do not see any option in the windows to remove it.
I would be grateful if you could help me remove his ugly face, or even if you can recommend me what to google for since im not clear where the problem can be?
