How to reset mouse display driver/process?

So recently my mouse cursor has been being corrupt after exiting a fullscreen application. I don't know why it's doing this but it's only happened after I've been using Duel Monitors with "Actual Multiple Monitors".

I'm guessing perhaps it's because my main monitor is actually a 32'' TV with the resolution set @ 1600x900 (any higher and text is illegible) and the other is connected via DVI through my GPU which is @ 1280x1024.

What the mouse turns into is - depending on what the mouse is over - this example being over empty space - the normal arrow shrunken down and displayed 4 times vertically. Each point missing it's bottom half and tail. 🙁

I would get a screenshot of the corrupted but when I used IrfanView to capture the mouse cursor the image I got displayed my cursor as normal. :L #Wizardry

So, the question is... Is there a way to restart whichever process the mouse uses? If any..?
Hopefully there is some program or CMD command that'll allow me to avoid rebooting my PC each time this happens. :L
