how to reset the bios on my samsung rc512 laptop

How do i reset my bios or reinstall bios from usb flash stick on samsung rc512 laptop i7
On power up i get nothing, just power button lights up, no fan, just back screen , i was in the middle of updates of the bios, and my laptop shut down, and black screen since

why do you think its the bios and not the mboard that has gone bad
