how to run amazing spiderman 2 pc game without stutter

Guys now i brought a original CD of amazing spider man 2 PC game but when i run it it stutters a lot is there anyway to run it stutter free i am already playing on very low graphics but it stutters a lot i have 15 2400 and Intel hd 2000 no external graphic card help me plz..............
