Question How to select amplifier to run phillips FW-V355/21M speakers?

Hi,
I have a pair of phillips speakers https://www.philips.co.in/c-p/FW-V355_21M/- that came with this mini audio system. I don't want to use the bulky system just to run speakers through my PC.
Please help me find an solution to run them at there best performance.
Currently i have hooked up these speakers as they are intended(to the mini audio system)and am using there RCA it to connect to my PC.

His speakers are 40 RMS each, That Pyle is (25) RMS per channel more like 10-15, The one I posted will provide enough power to fully drive his speakers.

But the pyle is a good option if you can't afford something better.
