Question How to set up Ram to 3200 to sistem run stable?

system:Ryzen 7 3800x , Asus Rog Strix B450-f gaming, Corsair Vengeance LPX 4x8 GB 3200 MHz.

After i set docp standart and change all to 3200 its booting till windows, but it crashes in game ,
after i restart pc windows go in repair mode and dont work anymore till i reset all to default in bios.
Is there any ppl who would like to help me with my issue? First time i gave problems with ram like that, and i actualy read alot at internet and didnt come to any good solution.

Test with 2 sticks only in A2-B2. Test the 4 sticks at 3000MHz to see if it's stable.

i tested , its same issue, even at 3000 Mhz its working but in game i got massive issues, i teleporting etc.
Its big difference for my pc performance if i leav it all on default settings?
