[SOLVED] How to show just Physical Core usage?

Hey I'm looking for a program to see just the physical core usage on my i9 12900k.. Every time I go to google it tells me to see Task Manager, but that shows the logical processors. I just want to see my 16 cores usage while gaming and other tasks.

Disable hyperthreading in the BIOS. Then you have only physical cores shown in task manager.
