How to solve the error:bluetooth radio is not plugged in

Hello,
my laptop is samsung and my windows is 7. when i want to send or recive a file with bluetooth, give an error:bluetooth radio is not plugged in.bluetooth icon is not in notification area.
please help me, how to solve this error

laptop serial no : ?????. a small switch or function key + f(1~12) for turn on bluetooth. search in youtube "turn on bluetooth in laptop " help u in video mode.

i tested with fn+f1~f12 but it didn't turn on.
any way else except searching in youtube?

sir my laptop is dell inspiron 1440 i got my motherboard replaced and now when i switch on wifi-bluetooth button ie F2 key only wifi is on and there is no bluetooth icon which used to get on with wifi also if i use FSQUIRT it says check bluetooth radio is connected i tried reinstalling driver but in vain there is no tray icon neither its displayed in device manager
pls help

i had this same problem with my dell inspiron.....spend hours in it...finally found the solution.

go to start>Control Panel>Devices and Printers>

RIGHT CLICK on your laptop/pc [eg: NAME-PC]

go to bluetooth settings>options>restore defaults

click APPLY and then OK.

this made my work...try for yourself , hope this works for you.
