i have 2 home computers and 3 xbox360 and netflix says it is too slow to watch content.

You can't. Your ISP controls the speed of your connection, plain and simple. If you want a faster connection, you will have to call them and upgrade to any faster options they have, which requires more money.

Anyone who tells you there is something you can do on your side to increase your connection speed is lying and/or an idiot.
