How could one easily / fast with a shortcut or key turn the monitor off (may be on as well), respectively make it black WITHOUT turning off the music (played with a music player program and output through an external amplifier, Pioneer VSX-830-K, connected with HDMI cable to the notebook, respectively the music then is outputted over the notebooks speakers) to save power on a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17ABA7 Laptop - Type 82RQ (Lenovo IdeaPad 3 82RQ003EGE)?

Is there a way to automatically let the monitor turn off / on WITHOUT stopping the music / audio output?

Yes, but if the speakers are in the monitor, such as a laptop, turning off, the monitor, might also disable the speakers

There should be an option in the Settings / Power management page to turn off the monitor after xx minutes.
Yes, that is absolutely true, but:
 audio output

Is there a way to automatically let the monitor turn off / on WITHOUT stopping the music / audio output?

Try this, if there is a button to switch between screen and external monitor (on my Thinkpad is the combo Fn + F7), you can temporarily switch to external monitor (there isn't one actually), the laptop's LCD should turn off until you switch it back again.
Yes, the same as pressing WIN+P, I assume. Yes, that somehow more or less works, that's what I do all the time for now, but it is quite inconvenient to do that often a day. And it causes some negative circumstances, e.g. some windows / window sizes change and their positions, etc.

Oh, on my old Thinkpad there even is a dedicated button to switch off the LCD (Fn + F3).
I wished I had something like that here, that increases the brightness.

Unfortunately those buttons only work with Windows, I can't use them with Linux. Under Linux only the volume and brightness buttons work.
Oops, I would have thought Windows and Linux behave the same way here.
