How to unburn an DVD-RW Disc? + Oregon Trail II Iso?

I wanted to play the oregon trail 2 ISO so I burned it on a cd. But it was the wrong game. So how can I unburn my DVD-RW and get a full version of the "Oregon Trail II" game (With .dat and the other folders)?

IF its a DVD-RW you have to Erase the disk first then reburn the game.
