Question How to undervolt the CPU with a Gigabyte B760 DS3H motherboard ?

I have an i5-12400F CPU. Do you know if it's possible to undervolt it using the above motherboard, and if so what settings exactly, there so many and it's not clear?

It runs hot now, probably because of me using the stock cooler.

Could with Z motherboard through bios, B series are restricted. XTU might help, see youtube tutorials. Maximum processor state in Windows power plan set to 90% for example could also help you out.

Temporary workarounds. For the long term, a better cpu cooler and case ventilation, intake/exhaust or otherwise leave case open if it doesn't have intake fans. Never buy a case with a solid facial.
