How to uninstall a windows update

Hi,

I have an issue with a windows update (KB824141).
Effectively i can't uninstall this update on my computer,
but i does to uninstall it cause i have a software who
doesn't want to work with this windows update.

Could you give me a solution??.

Please, give me a response on my e mail(think to remove
the "delete" before sending the mail).

Have you had a look in Add/Remove Programs to see if that Update is listed
there?
