How to unsubscribe to Office 365

Hi. I bought a new Laptop. Never had one before (finding it difficult with the mouse), and used to windows. 7.

It automatically subscribed me to Office 365, but I already have Office home 2019. How can I stop this subscription?

P.S. Having downloaded my Office 2019(64) When I open a word document it is still opening Office 365

you going to have to uninstall Office 365 to get it to use other Word I think.

How do I uninstall on a Windows 10 Laptop?

On Windows 7 I had Control Panel -> Programs and features.

I have found control panel now and un-installed everything to do with Office 365. I rebooted but it is still insisting on using Office 365. Should I download it again?

If it is uninstalled how can it still be running?

It looks like Office 365 is an internet based system and it is not downloaded. So I can't un-install it. I have to wait for the subscription to end.
