how to update bios in gigabyte motherboard

Hi all i need to update my gigabyte motherboard 945GCMX-S2.
version F4(24-05-2007)

please help me to update the bios in my motherboard.

where as this update is required to install the new SSD in my desktop windows xp.

It would be right here. Choose the version of xp you have (32 or 64 bit), and under download type choose bios and down f6i. After this you should be set.

ya i downloaded that file before i want to know how to update any idea or do we have any software for that.
