Question How to update motherboard BIOS ?

i have an MSI H370 Gaming Plus motherboard.
My CPU got fried due to overclock so I have no CPU at the moment.
I've ordered a Pentium G5400 so do I need to update the BIOS and how?

or flashing it without cpu and how

flash it with G5400 from bios and usb stick with format fat32

Likely, no need.
The G5400 was supported by bios 11 which was released in 2018
