[SOLVED] How to update my B450 Aorus Elite BIOS?

So my motherboard is currently on the F2 update and the latest is F51.
I want to know how to update to the latest update to see if my screen will stop randomly turning off.

Specs:
-CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
-CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO CPU Cooler
-Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4 Motherboard
-Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
-Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
-Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 8 GB Gaming 8G Video Card

personally, i update my bios in an ordered manner like f1, then f2 , then f3 and so on... but you can also flash the f51 bios directly but i recommend you to do it one by one... Format a pendrive into fat32 format, download the bios update, extract to root of pen drive, go to bios, then flash the bios... dont turn off or interrupt the flashing or else u may have a bricked motherboard...
on a side note what power supply r u using? a cheap one can cause issues like this...
