How to upgrade laptop CPU

Can you recommend a good tutorial for beginners explaining in a complete way how to upgrade a laptop CPU?

For 99% of laptops, the best tutorial is to abandon the thought of upgrading just the CPU because they're soldered to the motherboard

Do you have a link to the product's manual that shows that you can actually replace the CPU? Remember, just because the OEM made different versions of a laptop model with different CPUs doesn't mean that you can just pop the CPU out of 1 of those laptops & stick it into the other one.

And if you already know with 100% certainty that your CPU can be replaced/upgraded without having to cut through solder (or hot glue, in some cases), then you should already have the instructions for installing the new CPU, so I'm not sure why you're asking for instructions here.
