Question How to use AMD software: Adrenalin Edition

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded my laptop to a new HP Omen 16, equipped with a Ryzen 9 7940HS, RTX 4070, and 32 GB of RAM at 5600 MHz.
I've never owned a laptop with an AMD processor before, so I'm not familiar with how to use the AMD software. Also, I don't quite understand why I need to optimize the integrated graphics card when I have the RTX.
One last question: every time my screen turns off and I press a key to wake it up, the AMD software opens. I’ve tried searching both in Windows settings and the AMD software, but I couldn't find a way to turn this off.
Could you guys please help me?

Uninstall it. Completely.

It is bloatware and not required for PCs operation, at all.
