Question How to use Cooler Boost ?

So I have a MSI GE75 Raider (2020) laptop and sometimes the temperature is high and very hot while playing. I realized I was not using the feature Cooler Boost 5 that is helping to keep the temperature in a safer range. However, when should it be used? While playing? after playing? Is it good to use it frequently while playing?

If you're talking about the gaming app, then the function basically turns the RPM all the way up (expect increased noise) but as long as everything is functioning correctly then there is no need to worry.

Running fans at max speed might not be ideal tho, so I would suggest using some other RPM sensor software instead.
