Question How to use the speed of Youtube for all website?

Hi,

I am currently using a 1MB/s wired broadband internet connection. But when I download from Youtube, Google Play Store and Facebook, I get higher download speed upto 6MB/s.

I am thinking, is there any way to download/browse all other websites with the same speed as Youtube, Google Play Store and Facebook?

For example, is it possible to use Youtube/Facebook server as a proxy? I mean, I want my ISP to see I am browsing Youtube when I am browsing any other website!
