How well would gta v run on my laptop and and what settings
I have a Intel core i5 m 520 running at 2.4ghz and 4 GB of ram and a nividia nvs 3100m graphics card

Find out Grand Theft Auto V System Requirements. Click on the Can you run it ...... Detection App download....follow instructions. But your system is not good to be honest with you. I really think its important for people to find out this information on their own as a point of learning. run the app and then understand why you cant run it. This is the basics of understanding what equipment you are using

It will not run at a playable level if it runs at all. That old card struggles to run games from 9 years ago.
