Hello, I was wondering how well games such as Fallout 4, And Grand Theft Auto V would run on a gaming PC, equipped with an AMD RX 470 4GB VRAM, An AMD FX 8350, and 8GB OF RAM. If I need to spend more money to enjoy a smooth 60 FPS experience for both of these games, please, tell me.

These games do not co-operate well with the 8350. I own both games and from personal experience I would advise you to go with an Intel build. If you're patient, you can wait for AMD's new Zen which looks absolutely amazing so far.

Using 1080p, you will get 60FPS at times, but you will drop consistently due to the lack of single-core performance from the 8350

If you really want to stick with an 8xxx series, overclocking the 8350 will provide a huge boost. Something to consider.

I will most likely be OCing my CPU, and if I do this, will I then be able to enjoy a smooth 60 FPS experience?

What kind of graphical settings would I have to be playing on for Fallout 4 to run @ 60 FPS, with my setup? Also, I have very low standards, so normal to high is perfectly acceptable.

I play on medium settings and can do it. However I am overclocked to 5ghz and I use a GTX 980. I think you could still achieve it with low-medium settings.

So, normal settings, right? As an additional inquiry, is there any way at all that I would be able to play these games on medium to high settings, without upgrading? I do realise that I may be asking for too much.

Yes, normal. Possibly, if you can overclock the GPU as well that will help.
