How well will my rig run BF4?

Hi Folks,

Just wanted some opinions on how well you think my system will run Battlefield 4.
Im hoping I can run @ 60fps on max settings at 1080p, but I realise although running in SLI the 560Ti setup will be limited by the 1Gb VRAM?

FX-8350 @ 4.33Ghz
16Gb Corsair Vengeance 1866
2 x 1Gb ASUS DirectCU II GTX 560 Ti in SLI
SABERTOOTH 990FX r2.0
Samsung Pro 120Gb SSD
500Gb SATA
Corsair 850W PSU
Samsung 1080p monitor

I will be upgrading my SLI 560's to either a GTX780 or AMD9000 series depending on the performance of the 9000's upon release.

Get a different gpu. Not in crossfire. New games will better optimised on AmD hardware. Maybe a 7950 or 7970 if you've got the money

yeah the 1gb ram will (I'm pretty sure) be a problem. due to that i cant give a guess to how it will perform

Don't touch anything, get the game, try it. If it does not run like you like, then upgrade something.

Maybe he meant to say amd will be better optimized for bf 4 which it will be.Also 1 gb of vram just isnt enough anymore its not to hard to understand that a 1 gb card will run bf 4 like crap unless he turns aa off in which it would be a waste to keep the cards he has with the rest of that robust system

I definitely agree with hang-the-9. Don't buy anything new. Just buy BF4, play it, and if you feel like you're wanting more performance, then upgrade your system accordingly.
