How will this do for skyrim?

Im looking at new computers and wondering if this one will be good enough for skyrim. Will it be able to max out all of its graphics settings? and will it be able to handle multiple mods? descrption:

Won't max it but will run it a hell of a lot nicer.

Remember that as important as having a quad core, is having a fast or overclockable one. The majority of games don't even make use of 4 cores yet, and processor speed on those dual core games is a ruling factor.

I think what you really want to do is go with one of the amd phenom II 955 BE's so that it's easily overclockable to the 4ghz range.

The graphics card isn't incredibly powerful but it's not a bad card. I had a 5770 and the core clock on it overclocked to 1ghz stable. If you're on budget constraints in an y case, the second rig looks car better.

Thanks man that helped me to understand how processors are compared and what im really looking for even after hours of previous research. I still dont quite understand what im looking for in a video card tho.. hows this video card?

That's a mobility version for a laptop. You'd be better off with the 6770 that you listed before.
