How's this £700 gaming build?

Solution
Hi there

Just 2 things, the rest is solid.

1. The SSD is of questionable quality, the only ones I ever suggest include (in order of preference) :
Samsung EVO
Crucial MX100
Crucial M500

2. The RAM is CAS 11. Change it to 1600MHz CAS9 RAM at least.

You also want to consider an aftermarket CPU cooler as the stock one is pretty bad.

A bit more but the cooler is worth it.

Thanks this looks great! I'm pretty new to this so I wasn't sure about ram and how it would work out. I had thought a cooler would be necessary, this build is sort of inspired by one I saw that didn't have it though but I think it would be best to have. I'll probably use this then :) Just to be sure what do you think about performance? Will this work really well because I hear the gtx 970 is pretty much best in the market for the price so that would be good.
