Question Unknown device problem ?

Hello. Today my Ethernet was going off and on..so decided to check device manager. In the device manager, in "Other Devices" section, there was unknown device with yellow exclamation mark. I don't know what to do...when i go to hardware IDs at details ....there is some text like ACPI/VEN_AMD something like that. What to do?

Try to search those Hardware ID. Check to see if there are any motherboard drivers from man. site you have not installed.

I searched those hardware IDs and a website named Driver Identifier which shows the driver of Asus but I haven't bought anything from Asus brand for my PC and another website called driverpackage which directly showed drivers for windows .......

beware those driver installer places, mostly just trash

Check your mobo man. site again and make sure you have everything installed. If this is an Intel you could try their driver and update tool.

I am not aware that they have an auto tool that works the same way the Intel one does.

Well, I got into motherboard manufacturing website.From there I got into system and drivers and I downloaded AMD chipset driver. As I didn't saw any name of it on System information and system driver...What should I do now? Also is it another driver that are needed as my net connection on Ethernet just goes on and off?

Did you download latest Realtek Ethernet drivers? Its under the LAN area,

What was the Hardware ID you got? Might offer clues. Just curious what the Asus thing was...

That seems correct, its just strange then that it lists the Realtek drivers on the page.
https://www.realtek.com/Product/Index?id=3962 is the Ethernet chip, no mention of wifi (it would have been odd if it did)
Data sheet shows AMD: https://storage-asset.msi.com/datasheet/mb/global/B650-GAMING-PLUS-WIFI.pdf

Its no problem, just strange.

edit: I mistakenly said they both BT drivers, they are Wifi.. either way, it shouldn't list Realtek ones. They wouldn't install anyway as no hardware to match drivers.
