As for the driver, that is different...
Is this PC custom made or did you buy it off a company? Reason I ask is its possible its a custom model Motherboard. I don't know if it is, but some OEM like Cyberpower have their own special boards and they might have changed the drivers. It would be different.
I assume you mean BIOS version
search for "system information" in search on windows and choose the application
on the front screen, the BIOS version should be just under the CPU description
BIOS version might also explain why chipset drivers showed that message.
MSI use different codes for their BIOS versions on websites as opposed to what shows in bios, so might have to match the BIOS via its date
