HP 0A64h Upgrade CPU

Hi,

i got an old pc and i want to upgrade it. I am not sure if the upgrade fits with the Mainboard. Currently i have a AMD Athlon X64 4400+ and i want to upgrade to a AMD Phenom X4 9650 CPU Prozessor Quad-CORE (2,3 Ghz/2 Mt/95 Watt/2000 GHz) sockel am2 +. Can anyone tell me if it will work?
