HP LASERJET 2100 NOT PRINTING

Dear Group - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Really need my printer right now.
Operating system: Windows XP service pack 3
Printer was working fine and just quit. Checked numerous times to make sure there was not any small bits of torn paper stuck anywhere
Attention light, Ready light and Go Light and button - are all lit and all blink at same time. Have tried pressing the job cancel button and the go light simultaneously - no effect. Tried unplugging cables, turning off and on several different times, checked for paper jams - I'm hoping one of you have a great suggestion - really can't afford to go out and buy new laser printer right now.

Turn it off and unplug the power for 15 minutes to see if that resets it. If not, then it has likely failed and needs to be professionally repaired or replaced.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it failed and had to replace it. Appreciate your thoughts though.
