Hello,
I want to get a laptop, but I want to be sure it can handle at least maybe medium graphics for Starcraft 2 and Fallout 3
It's a AMD Phenom II X2 N640 processor
4GB memory
640GB 7200 rpm HDD
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 512MB dedicated graphics card
Is this close too enough or plenty?

Well, I was also looking at a Acer Aspire AS7551G-7606 Notebook
AMD Phenom II Quad-Core N970(2.2GHz)
4GB Memory
500GB HDD 5400rpm
AMD Radeon HD 6470M
But this doesn't have a 7200 rpm harddrive or the graphics card
I'm trying to stay pretty cheap and Intel processors quite expensive

The HD 6470M is a little more powerful than the HD 5470. A little...

Gaming performance is generally not affected by the hard drive except when loading and saving. While a 5400RPM hard drive might take a little longer to install/load/save, the quad core CPU and HD 6470 will improve overall gaming performance.
