Hello,

I have a HP Deskjet 2622 Printer. I can print report and test sheets and they come out fine. Colors are clear and strong. Anything else I print is blank. When I press print, be it a PDF doc or a spreadsheet or word doc, first a blank sheet shoots out the printer and then the next sheet runs through sounding like it's being printed on but it also comes out completely blank.

I tried the cleaning function and unplugging the machine for 5 mins. I removed the cartridges and cleaned them also.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update your post to include full computer system hardware specs and OS.

What applications are you printing from?

Are you using orignal HP ink cartridges?

Have you manually downloaded the printer's drivers from HP's website, installed and reconfigured them directly? No 3rd party tools or installers. Do verify that the website is truly HP's website. Just because "HP" appears in the site URL does not mean that the website is HP.

On the host system (Windows ?) run "dism" and "sfc /scannon" to find and fix any corrupted or buggy Windows files.

Agreed. You report all print jobs sent by the computer result in ejecting one blank sheet, the "printing" a second sheet with no ink. This really sounds like a printer driver problem. You may need to replace the printer driver. That MIGHT actually require REMOVING that printer in Device Manger, rebooting and re-Installing it INCLUDING ensuring that you install a NEW copy of the proper driver.
