Question HP Probook 6570b freezes, shutdowns.

Hello, i have Hp probook 6570b with i7 3540m, with 4gb ram at 1600mhz. bios and everything is updated. While using 1600mhz ram laptop freezes in linux on normal use, and on windows laptop freezes, sometimes shutdown like powercut off i mean you are browsing something and bam!! laptop off in a second without any warning, and somethings it shows BSOD. i thought it as ram faulty but i tried many memory tests and it was alright, when i put 1333mhz ram it works perfect. why is that so?

exact model of this 1600mhz ram and the 1333mhz ram?

the 1600 is ddr3l, low power 1.35v, usually they work with higher power 1.5v

if ddr3 can work at 1.5v and can run perfectly why dont ddr3l? my laptop do support 1600mhz ram on many parts suggestions website i see ddr3l modules for my laptop. I got this ram recently so should i return or replace? what will be the fix?

i received BSOD on other laptop in which i said ram is working fine. But maybe ram is faulty should i get ddr3l or simple ddr3?
