Hp v220w pen drive not detecting

Hello,
i inserted my pendrive in a computer in my college and it was not getting detected. Later when i inserted into my laptop also it did not get detected. Before it was working fine. How to come over it?? please help me

How long have you used it?
It seems failing or dying. You perhaps need to replace it.
