Ok I have a question that I'm certain has been awnsered but I can't find it anywhere so I'm forced to re ask it

I have a hp8300elite i5 with 16gb ram and 2tb hd I'm looking to install a gtx 1050ti card in it and the size dimensions are somewhat confusing though I do know I will be pushing my systems power supply it should have a little headroom leftover

Now I'm buying a zotac which I believe should fit and I've removed a deflector that was very loosely installed in the case in preparation for it should it fit? I think it might or I wouldn't have ordered it. As far as the psu it's the little 240w one that can't be changed but according to research I've already done it has about 80w free and the card will run maxed at 75w

Sorry if I ran on I'm just wondering if someone else has done this/ if it will work etc last minute jitters and all before I finish the build

I'm assuming this the slim 8300 elite (not a big bulky desktop version). If so then you need to use a low profile GPU for it to fit correctly. So if you are talking about this Zotac you should be fine on that front. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500417

In terms of power the GPU spec says 300w. So it may work or it may not, or it may work till you push the system to hard. Frankly you are ridding right up against the line.

Well I hit the literal brick wall upon installation I attempted to boot up no joy the slot is limited to 35w according to spec so now I'm wondering what card I should turn to
