hpdeskjet 656c problems

i have a hpdeskjet 656c printer and wen my mom got the pc fixed it uninstalled it and now i can reinstall,i have the 656c printer assistant and that wont even work for me... can anyone help me?

THis mostly happens in Windows 9x. Try opening the printer when installing it.

Is your printer the USB version.

If you dont have the install cd then you can download the drivers for it off the HP website dude

unistall , disconnect printer than dowload new driver like to tech said here's a link to new drivers
