What is your source for this info? Based on the most recent anandtech article by Dr Cutress, Ice Lake-SP does not use SF or ESF .

Is 60Tflops really even a supercomputer anymore?

They are probably talking per-core 60Tflops and maybe based on the amx bfloat16 tiled matrix operations.

The 60 TFlops number is high for a cpu, but I suspect Intel will also be connecting up their GPUs ... maybe the ponte vecchio 16 tile monsters that they are developing for Aurora.
