Question HPET Table Enabled in Bios Causing Freezing PC

I had HPET turned off in bios and everytime I try to turn it on, I can't even use google chrome because of the constant freezing I go through. HPET came in Enabled on my Bios but I was messing with settings in Windows and Bios and now I can't even use it.

MOBO: ASROCK Phantom Gaming 4
CPU: i7-9700k @ 4.7ghz
GPU: RTX 2070
