I deleted a program now when I try to load a CD I get File='.\misccm.c'.line='447'. I can not even load a restore CD.

copy a XP disk to a thumb drive and execute the setup, when the first screen loads, press"R" and tell windows to repair, select the OS hit enter( doing this from memory, so some maybe not exact)
